General Procedures:

We are understanding that sometimes occur unavoidable changes for the clients which
interrupting all travel plans and leading the client either
postpone the trip or even to cancel it at all.
|
|
|
|
Full refund should be done to You only when the reservation is cancelled within
the cancellation period which would be given to You in the Confirmation
sheet.
|
|
|
|
|
|
All refund or cancellation fees are subject to the rules and instructions of the
third party which represents the program chosen such as Hotel,
Ship Cruise, Airplane…. etc.
|
|
|
|
Release Period or Cancellation System will be advised to You upon getting the confirmation
for your requested program.
|
|
|
|
Jet Arrow has the right to change the itinerary of the Tours and/or sightseeings
wherever in Egypt due to the situation which might be caused
by another side such as the Hotel, Nile Ship Cruise, Sites …etc.
But be sure that you will get the same Tours as per agreed in your package but in
a different sequence.

|
|
Jet Arrow Tours reserves the right to change the Hotel/Cruise at any time.
But be sure that the change will be for the same category of
the Hotel/Cruise available at that time.
|
|
|
|
Jet Arrow Tours is not responsible for travel delays during your trip or
before departure which caused by bad weather, technical problems,strikes
or any another means out of our controle.
|
|
|
|
Jet Arrow Tours will save no effort to ensure that all travel services and
arrangements will be carried out as specified. However, we have
no full controle over services of some suppliers such as Hotel, Airplane
…etc. So, we don't accept the liability for errors of such suppliers.

|
|
General Procedures:
|

Once we finalized the tour package and the Booking form is received, you will be
kindly requested for a wire bank transfer as follows:
|
|
|
|
** 50 % to be transferred upon settling all arrangements.
** 50 % to be transferred one week prior to arrival.
|
|
|
|
Once receiving the money transfer, a Confirmation voucher will be sent to you with
all details of your trip.
|
|
|
|
Kindly note that the wire bank transfer has a transfer fees (on both sides), make
sure that your payment covers these fees
|
|
|
|
Child Policy:

0 – 1.99
|
: No charge at all |
|
2 – 5.99
|
: 25 % of Package cost will be charged |
|
6 – 11.99
|
: 50 % of Package cost will be charged |
|
+ 12 Years
|
: Considered as adult - Full Charge |

|
|
|
Cancellation Policy:
|
|
|
|
All cancellations either is a part of the tour or the whole tour must be made in
writing and to be received prior to the tour date to begin .
|
|
|
|
No cancellation by telephone AT ALL.
|
|
|
|
Procedures of the cancellation would be as follows:
|
|
|
|
A) Normal periods
|
|
|
|
Up to 20 days before the arrival date 5 % cancellation fees to be applied.
19 – 07 days before the arrival date 15 % cancellation fees to be applied.
07 days or less before the arrival date 50 % cancellation fees to be applied.
|
|
|
|
B) Peak periods
|
|
|
|
Christmas, New year and Easter holiday
|
|
Up to 30 days before the arrival date 10 % cancellation fees to be applied.
29 – 15 days before the arrival date 50 % cancellation fees to be applied.
07 days or less before the arrival date 100 % cancellation fees to be applied.

|
|

is subject to the total amount of the tour **

|
|
|
Refund Policy:
|
|
|
|
You have the right to refund if the fault might be caused from our side, it would
be a specific percentage of the total cost of which you paid
for.
|
|
|
|
After the tour has begun and under any circumstances, there is no refund for any
unused services such as sightseeing, meals, hotel rooms …etc.
as we should pay for the suppliers before using their services, especially
during the peak periods.
